WOW!! Just Wow! We at  NC of NC  and  TOLHC  am so impressed with everyone that joined us for our July Community Dinner and a Movie Day. We had over  20  of you in attendance. The food was great, and the questions you all asked our guests speakers made me proud to be part of your tribe. Wouldn't it be great if we could get Kim and Nelson to come to all our meetups?! A big THANK YOU to them for attending, sharing their passion and their cookies, plus letting us share the recipes you enjoyed! Check out our  recipetab  for those links. 2018! Where has the time gone...

Hey Tribe, We're still here, just trucking along in this cold rainy "spring" and realized I've not popped on here for a LONG time {sorry} so I wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing.  Comment and let us know what you've been up too. Any fun events? Travels? Special Occasions? Naturally Complete of NC and Triangle of Light Healing Center have still been active in our community and we have enjoyed seeing many of you.  We've been at the Triangle Vegfest's and will be participating in all their monthly weekend markets for the 3rd year in a row.
